1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Men Matters platform at menmatters.me ("Platform"), including our website, tools, calculators, newsletter, content, and store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our Platform immediately.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• UAE Gratuity Calculator results are based on general UAE Labour Law provisions and may not account for your specific employment contract terms

• Refunds: Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
• Access: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue Premium Products. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.

10. Store and Physical Products

Men Matters operates a merchandise store offering physical products. By placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and payment information
• Pay the full purchase price including any applicable VAT and shipping fees
• Accept that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location
• Review our returns and exchanges policy which will be available at checkout

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Men Matters disclaims all warranties including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or tool output

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Men Matters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Indemnification
